Will & Document Storage
The original Will and other valuable documents are kept safe in our secure storage facility for the life of the client. Other documents we can hold for you include Lasting Power of Attorney, letters of wishes, severance of tenancy and other land registry documents and any other personal information you may need in the future.

We recognise that it isn’t always possible to make an appointment to speak face to face about your Will. If you know what you want and don’t require specific advice about your circumstances, we have created an online service for you to be able to create a Will in under 15 minutes.
Lasting Power of Attorney
A Lasting Power of Attorney, or LPA as they are known, is the legal document that allows you to appoint people you trust to help make decisions with you (if you still have mental capacity) or on your behalf should you lose capacity permanently or temporarily in the future.

Losing a loved one is always a distressing time. We can help you apply for a Grant of Probate or Letters of Administration. If you would like assistance or feel it is too much to cope with, we are here to help.
