We recognise that it isn't always possible to make an appointment or speak face to face about your Will.
If you know what you want and don’t require tax or trust advice, we have created an online service which can be completed in under 15 minutes.
FREE Will Review
Was your Will written some time ago or have your circumstances changed?
You should review your Will at least every 3-5 years or when you have a change of circumstances.
Not reviewing your Will regularly can lead to inadequate provisions for your beneficiaries and excessive tax bills. Some legal clauses in older Wills may now invalidate or severely hamper the administration of your estate when you die. The inclusion of a Solicitor as Trustee or Executor may land your family with huge Probate bills, that are not necessary. The use and consequential high failure rates of so called 'D.I.Y Wills' is now an everyday occurrence which should be avoided and is often false economy.
To receive a free no obligation review, simply email or post a copy of your Will to us with a brief explanation of your wishes. (Please provide a contact number in all cases)
